fixing lights in 89 camry wagon

i've got an 89 camry wagon v6 (not that the engine should matter). 2 lights are out, both on the drivers side. the front parkign light is out and the brake light is out. all the other lights (including brake lights) work fine. how difficult is it to fix these lights yourself and what does it entail? i think the brake light can be fixed if i unscrew the big screw on top of the lens fixture. i can't figure out how to get at the parking light in front. i'd rather do it myself than pay a shop a ton of money to have it done, unless it would just be easier to have them do it. and about how much do these bulbs cost?
