Thats what im saying! "Hm I wonder what will happen if I fly into a net on a motorcycle going really really fast." Thats almost like saying I wonder what would happen if I pointed a gun at my head an pulled the trigger. Some people just make me wonder.

Clearly, the angles on the net are all wrong, and it should have had a catch net at 90 degrees,to prevent the guy from falling out of the bottom of the net.The ramp angle is wrong too, places the motorcycle above the rider at the end of the stunt. You would think with all the jumps that have been attempted before, the elementary aspects of safety engineering would be standard procedure by now.

No kidding. I saw a similar stunt done when I was little. And then net was so much bigger than that. But someone did die attempting it one year, b/c he jumped with too much speed and missed the net. Ooops....

haha same. but it looks like it had way much more luck than he did.
if i was him id hang on to the motorbike for all life's worth. maybe THEN id hang there diagonally along with the motorbike.

but... what was the purpose of the net there? i mean, wouldnt that cause him that drop? eh. was he trying to fly over it? but what kind of shitty support is taht. i mean if he was to land, is ther a net right under him too? pfft.
true, smoe people do have it coming.

Re: Fatal Motorcycle stunt (Warning not for the faint of heart!)

That was possibly the worst stunt design I have ever seen.
