Making pictures smaller
How do i edit pics so the file is not so big?

use windows paint to open. If you right click the pic you want to open go to edit on the drop down. It should open the photo in paint and the go to IMAGE and the top, then go down to strech/skew, Reduce BOTH numbers equally so the proportion stays the same. Dont just save it when you are done cause that will now become your orignal save it as another name. Then right click it go to properitys then click it will tell you the size of the file.
