Roseville BMW Sales Intergrity - Less than admirable
The sales people were very fine to deal with. The Sales Managers who desked my deal and how much $$ they would allow for my trade in LIED about how much they would give me. I had been in looking at 330i's several times - When I called to tell them I was leaving home to come bring my trade and do the paperwork to purchase their 03 330i, their story changed and my trade in amount suddenly dropped $2,000 dollars!
I showed up anyway with trade in and checkbook in hand. Spoke to all the Management Staff and made no headway. If it was an error on their part, one would think that Roseville BMW customer good will would make them stand behind their quote for a small amount to bring in a new, well qualified customer??? Not happening at this place. It seems like when I was shopping some BMW dealers, they make it seem like they are doing the customer a favor speaking or dealing with them. Whats up with BMW ??..... Am I alone in thinking this? *Heading closer to that NEW SAAB 9-3 or private party BMW purchase. |

I suggest you try Isringhausen BMW in Springfield, IL if at all possible. They'll deliver nationwide and their sales staff is incredible. The first time I walked in there it was a rainy Saturday and I was dressed like a bum. Didn't matter. They treated me like a favorite client, gave me a great tour of a 525i, and then let me take it for a long test drive. I was back two weeks later to buy my 530i.
I wasn't real happy with my trade allowance, but it was the same trade-in I would have gotten at the Dodge dealer where I bought the car in the first place. The low trade-in had nothing to do with Isringhausen. It was low because I was trading in a car that is common as dirt on the used-car market (Intrepid). On the day I went to pick up my 530i, they had all the paperwork ready and it was perfect. The whole paperwork shuffle took 15 minutes tops. The paperwork for my over-priced Intrepid took two freakin' hours. So give Isringhausen a try. Talk to Jeff Colman. You won't be sorry. |
