whats up guys.. new here with some info..

Hello.. Owner of a 6th generation ST here. Been browsing through the posts and i've seen quite a lot of questions about swapping n such. I suppose the best answer I can give any one of you people is - the 3SGTE will fit in your car. If it's a STXXX shell, (even the ST's) the 3s will fit in it. Turboing the car is always an option, but you need to keep in mind the "FE" series head design was meant for economy, not performance.

I've been to plenty of automotive sites and i've seen lots of people with time slips / pictures / walkthroughs on almost each generation of celica w/ a swap. Even the 7th generation (2000+) have been powered by the 3s before. Check my sig for two extremely helpful sites on how to do these swaps & what's involved with them.

Hopes this helps you guys, I see a lot of questions on here that already have answers.

Re: whats up guys.. new here with some info..

The FE heads can make plenty of power when modified.

There are tons of questions on this board that have been already answered time and time again.

That's just the nature of the board.. It seems there are just a few in-experienced people here, but they are learning...

Toooooo many questions about swaps...

Seems like everyone wants to swap in the big engine, but doesn't wonder how the fuel and timing is controlled... time will help people learn... that and big $$$ mistakes....

Welcome to the board, sinner0423. Glad to have you.

If you like there are some excellent links on my website. http://way.to/celica.gtfour

regards,
Chris
