It should be mid 15s depending on how good you are. I usually notice exhausts put on first, its like the import calling card. Ford sucks. Its not that I dont like domestics, I just hate Ford, I also hate Volkswagens. Chevy's cool.

2000 gsr should run around a 15.4 stock (could do a touch lower if u REALLY can drive.)

as for wut to do first, search the boards on here...its been covered a LOT.

vtec controller does exactly that...u can control the engagement point of the secondary cam profile.

a gsr is simple to get into the 14's, w/ turbo u can get into 12/13's...(even tho the ls is better base for low-budget turbo).

really, its up to u on the build.

Easy now that will get you into alot of trouble around here

The vtec controller won't really make it any faster so to say, I think they are a waste of money. If you decide to get some aftermarket cams etc it can help but for just alittle more money you can get a hondata which is 100 times better. My

They do look cool though, like the A'pexi V-AFC, and you can mess around with some other stuff too. But I agree its only necessary for lifted redlines and more modded cars. Hondata would also be a better choice as the original( ) whtteg pointed out.
