Finished: Project Black Sunshine

I am building this kit for a contest on another board that I visit, Hobby Heaven Message board to be exact.
Anyway, I'm not going to post any details until the completion. I have at the least, a few more weeks before it is done. Right now as you see it it's all sitting together loosely as you can tell by the glass just kind of hanging in the shell.
Thanks for the look see.
Chris

Revell's Super Stallion kit, right? It's a good one to build save for the engine.

Hope you swapped it, because all that Revell did was place Modular V8 heads on their 5.0block to try and come up with an approximation of the 5.4L engine in the Super Stallion.

Hiya LK! Yes, you are correct. The engine is the least of my worries since I am going off more of a gotcha visual factor. Nothing more. The engine is just filler. I'm not building a true "Super Stallion". This is going to be built as my own representation.
Thanks for the info though!

Thanks guys. Yes first coat of flat, sanded, got a few more coats to add. and the stock wheels. I toyed with some bigger ones, but liked the kit supplied wheels better.

Damn, that's hot. Just as I was thinking of doing mine too. Looks real good. The flat black is menacing as has been said. I think I'll stick with chrome wheels for mine though.

Re: In Progress: Project Black Sunshine

Sorry guys. Due to the contest rules I had to take it down. Once completed I'll post it again.
