Toss The Home Depot Lip, Push Ur Wipers Down, Go To The Junkyard And Get Ur Missin Front Piece And It'll Be Ready For A Paint Job And Don't Forget To Mold In Ur Side Door Guards.....

i'd primer the whole car since the hood already is, put the wipers down to normal height and then drive it until i could afford a paint job, and at that point take off the HD lip. get it painted and the moldings shaved or replaced. and there you go

i don't think it looks too bad, if you incorporated sides and the rear, but the flaring out does look kinda off
