Angry Oil pressure idiot light

My oil pressure light came on and stays on. I don't have lifter clatter or rod knocking, etc, I suspect it is the pressure transmitter. Where is this located on a Taurus 3.0 engine?
Thanks

oil pressure switch

usually there are only two places to look for the switch, the top rear of the block or more likely on the lower side of the block. if it's an idot light, look for a screw in contraption with a single wire connecting to it.
