New 5' Apc Tachometer...need Help Installing

Wat Up All, I Just Got A New (or I Should Say Used) Apc Tachometer, However It Didnt Come With Any Instrustions On How To Install It. Can Someone Please Help Me To Install It? I Have A 93 Honda Civic Hatchback. There Is A Green, Black, And Red Wire.

Well for one thing it sounds like you are missing one wire. I could be wrong however. The green wire should go to the distributor, the black of course is the ground wire. As for the red wire it could be one of two choices, first being a 12v source when switched on or the light source output fro the tach to light up at night. The red wire hook-up is depending on the fact if the tach is missing a wire. I would e-mail APC though to double check.

Oh my bad i did forget a wire, theres a Green, Black, Red, And two other little Black wires. And on the distributor, do you know which wire to tap into? thanks

The black wire is a ground, red is a 12v power souce (an ignition source is best) and the green wire taps into the Negitive terminal on your ignition coil. Not sure what the other 2 black wires go to. The other 2 black wires should go to a lighting source.

The red one I hooked up to power, black is ground , and the wire goes to the light blue wire off the cap and the two small black ones are for the indiglo, if yours has it, mine didid.
