f&f eclipse (also)
Hey, this is some progress on my eclipse I've been working on for a little while now. I've been reading and reading all the wonderful help you guys offer, *tear* it's a wonderful thing..thanks for sharing your knowledge and helping my learning curve.
Now I'll post some body images as soon as I can. I'm painting the body a dark blue. Below is a pic of the interior...which was crap to begin with. I dremeled the back seats out, puttied up the shape of the speaker boxes, and flocked (mostly to cover extreme amounts of putty). I also used a lighter and a needle to make the wholes for the sodder wire (power) and speaker wire (..um speaker wires) from the amp. Sorry phone pics are bad, digicam pics up soon. http://www.imagestation.com/picture/...9/fa681e7f.jpg [img src="http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid91/p2096b1c05c3cf4e2880d8bcf02462997/fa681e7b.jpg"] |

I use Green Squadron and White Squadron for mostly filling and patching purposes, as it's very "soft" stuff. For shaping and forming new parts or more complex shapes, I use Epoxolite two part resin putty.
The interior to your Eclipse doesn't look too bad, actually.
