As someone who has started a Neon club, I'll say that you'll probably be better off joining an existing club, like Neon America.

thanx but no thanx. i think its corny to join a internet car club. i want to start or join a local club in or close by the poconos pa. to have cruise nights and even all of us pitch in and rent a couple bay garage where we could chill and have full shop capabilities, i think the would work out well. so if anyone knows of a local club in the poconos p.a or close by, or if anyone is interestedin getting one started let me know. reply or hit me by email.
