changing power door lock

I have a power door lock on my drivers door that does not unlock 95% of the time using my remote. I can hear the motor but the lock doesnt go up. It will unlock with the switch on the door everytime. Does this sound like the power door lock motor? How difficult is this to change?

It sounds like it's what is called an actuator that is in the door. It can be a pain to replace especially on the drivers door. The part is fairly cheap from almost any dealership
