96 Accord Tranny problem
Have a 96 Honda Acord LX and recently the tranny has been whinning when shifting until this morning when it barely made it into the parking lot at work. It acted like the tranny fluid was real low but a check showed the level just fine. Also, just when I went to park the emissions idiot light came on. Is the emissions control system linked to the power train? Can a problem there affect automatic transmission shifting? Car has 108,000 miles.
