extending o2 sensors

i have a custom down pipe and the o2 sensor wires are too short. could i cut them and add some wire or will that kill the o2 sensor? ive seen some for mustangs that plug into each side and it the wires longer. is there a company that makes them for integras?

I don't know about a company making something like that, but I know that you can just use some butt connectors and some wire and make it longer. Just as long as you have good crimps and you tightly wrap the conectors with electrical tape to protect it. My personal advice if you are gonna do this is to cut one wire at a time, and make that one wire longer, then move on to the next. It prevents stupid mistakes like crossing a wire.
