Re: few questions

No, that size tire will not work. You have stock wheels which are 14 x 5. You need a 17 x 7 wheel for that size tire. Here's how the #'s work for a tire size....let's use your 205/65/R17 as an example:

205 = width of the tire in mm
65= height of the sidewall...in this case 65% of the width (see above)
R = tire's speed rating
17 = the size of the wheel

Here's a little chart I stole from TireRack.com that explains the speed ratings:

N 87 mph 140 km/h Temporary Spare Tires
P 93 mph 150 km/h
Q 99 mph 160 km/h Studless & Studdable Winter Tires
R 106 mph 170 km/h H.D. Light Truck Tires
S 112 mph 180 km/h Family Sedans & Vans
T 118 mph 190 km/h Family Sedans & Vans
U 124 mph 200 km/h
H 130 mph 210 km/h Sport Sedans & Coupes
V 149 mph 240 km/h Sport Sedans, Coupes & Sports Cars

As for your intake temperature sensor, I believe it is located on the throttle body, closer to the passenger side...if I remember correctly...someone correct me if I am wrong...I don't have my Broken Neon Manual on me (aka the Haynes ) The one close to the driver side is the throttle position sensor.

Re: few questions

your air in take sensor is located on the front of the intake manifold has to wires going to it that plug into it. if u have a cold air intake plan on changing it twice a year. i have a 95 and i unplugged mine and it seems to have a lil more pep like that give it a try
