Cai

Did a search on Ebay for Civic CAI's...500 or so came up, will any of these do or should I look for certain things. What year civic CAI will fit...a particular brand, or are they all pretty much the same. I dont really want to spend 200 dollars with Christmas right around the corner. And yes I know to get a bypass valve Since I need to relocate the battery where can I find wires to run to the trunk? Is it easier to run the wires under the car, or through the firewall?

Re: Re: Cai

Next you should do a search here.
Don't bother with a bypass valve unless you plan on driving your car in 2' of water. Instead of the valve, get a K&N filter. Any intake will do as long as its meant for your car, that should be pretty simple to figure out. If you live in a state strict on emmisions, you will want the more expensive intakes due to CARB approval/sticker.
For relocating the battery, try www.summitracing.com or www.google.com & search for battery relocation kits. You will need more than just cables.

Lol. Maybe he doesent know if his car is an NSX prelude or civic, maybe its a 1985 NSX? Lol....
Just kidding.
Yeah as long as your filter is a good one such as a K&N the pipe shouldnt matter.
