I Have A 1996 Ford Taurus. I Have The Two Button Remote Control Entry Alarm. The Other Day I Entered The Car From The Passenger Side Front Door.
After Doing So The Alarm Acted Strange, Resulting In Popping The Trunk, Cycling The Automatic Door Locks And Beeping. I Pushed My Unlock Button On The Remote To Stop The Strange Behavoir (in Addition To Closing All Doors And Trunck), Then Pressed The Lock Button. Now When I Press The Lock Button, The Alarm Doesn't Go On. THE Automatic Locks Still Lock, But The Alarm Does Not Go On. Does Anyone Know How To Reset This? Thank You A Bunch. |

Yes. It Is The Ford Alarm. And It Is Code Alarm. I Have A New Remote And One That Is A Couple Years Old. They Both Result In The Same Problem.
