Just a quick question...mmm...do they sell little plastic vents like this:
http://estore.teamprototype.com/esto...product_id=144 ...or do I have to make one for myself? Hoping they would have something like this for people who want to customize their own model kits. No luck when doing a search on the topic. Any help would be great. Thanks! |

Reading the blurb it looks like those things are only designed to be purely cosmetic
![]() If you do want to add intakes and vents (with suitable engineering reason for doing so ) then yeah, scratch build them. Get hold of some sheet styrene and epoxy putty and have yourself some fun!

Kinda hard to cut into that metal body of the Porsche 911 GT3 (without ruining it) in order to get that vent to work as a rear brake cooling feature.
