I have an '00 Accord, and the oem remote just stopped working for no reason (door won't lock/unlock, trunk button doesnt work). The red LED light still comes on when i push the buttons. Not sure if i need a new battery or if something is just wrong...any input or advice would help..thanks

have you tryed other remote? if it work from other one, you got one bad remote control.

thanks honda_99, you were probably right..my sister had an extra acura remote lying around. I took that and tried programming my car to it and it worked..so i guess my remote is shotty
