Ignition Output Signal, ECU throwin code 15

My 91 crx si has been acting up lately. If I let it sit for awhile it'll be hard to start up. Sometimes it just constantly dies soon as it starts up and the check engine light comes on every now and then and when i start driving it stutters and the rpms bounce around. I checked my ECU and it has been throwin the Ignition Output Signal, Code 15. I checked the battery and alternator. They seem fine. It's got new spark plugs, wires, cap, rotor. Anyone know anything about this. Thanks, Jim.

Check to make sure that the rotor is on tight. The set screw is known to come loose.

I was throwin this code recently. Do be sure that that DAMN SCREW is on tight on the rotor. Pull your distributor cap, and check your connections to the ignitor. That will cause it to throw cel 15 if one's loose. Also, go to your ecu, and verify that the wire goin to pin C05 is intact (mine was severed).
