Question Conversion 2.8 to 4.3 - Fuel pump

NOte: after reading a few post I see that I should have power to the injectors with key on run. This is not true for me. I have checked the ECM, as best I can, I show only voltage to the power. Orange leads have power to ecm. No power out. Is there a schematic for the ECM anywheres?

2.8 to 4.3 conversion. Seem to have an issue with the fuel pump relay. I am replacing a 85 2.8 with a 91 4.3. The mechanics seem fine, engine cranks over and I have spark. Us a little Starter fluid and I get ignition. I have verified my fuel pump works by hard wiring it and I get fuel out of the fuel line. However, when I hook it up to the fuel pump relay I get no fuel. I have power to the fuel pump relay. +12v on the orange lead.

What does the ECM send to pull the relay? Green/white. Can I just apply +12v and pull the relay in or will this blow the relay?
