wire harness problems, PLEASE help

I'm trying to install a pioneer deck in my 2004 sunfire. I have the harness wired but when I bought my install kit the guy yold me that the red wire needs to be hooked up to the big brown wire under the drivers side dash. Well I found this wire but I have no idea how to hook it up. Could some one please help me figure this out. Thanks.
