Explorer - TWO solenoids?!? No start!

I've got an interesting dilemma...My 93 Explorer Eddie Bauer is having some plroblems with the starting system. I just replaced the starter and solenoid combination, and also the SECOND solenoid on the fenderwell. It still does the exact same thing (it clicks with no turnover), and I've run out of ideas. Any input? I'm leaning towards a wiring problem, but I'm not exactly sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Later!

Suggest that you replace the both battery cables to the starter & solinoid. Common problem.
