I buy mine off of www.modelexpress.net he has a catalog in american $$ and canadian, and because i am canadian, its great, he has a very good selection of kits and accesories, i buy paints and glue at my LHS but he sells mostly military (over 90% of his models are military) and i buy some at the Canex on the base, and some from walmart and other stores

Local hobby shop, mostly, but I go often to HLJ for stuff he doesn't stock, and I go anywhere I can to find OOP kits and otherwise impossible to find stuff. Ebay is gold, I tell you!
