Distance from Dealer....

Just discovered this group! I got my Diablo VT Roadster in July....I can now die a happy man! I live in Portland, Oregon and the closest dealer is San Francisco so I'm left with two options for service here....Ron Tonkin Gran Turismo (Ferrari Dealer) and The Jag Shop (who have done all my work so far). Does anyone else live far from a dealer and how do they keep their mechanics on track and keep them from fumbling around? I am also having a problem with my starter lately, it takes a few turns of the key to get the starter engaged. I can hear the solid click of the solenoid but no firing up......anyone else had this problem? Thanks for the heads up!

Steve

Update

I got the car started yesterday and think it's actually the sensor that detects if the clutch pedal is depressed when starting the car. I think maybe THAT'S what needs some adjusting.......

First off, you do not need to depress the clutch to start the car.
