Ricey is really in the eyes of the beholder, so a saying goes. It depends if you really see it as ricey or not. For me it isn't, though.

Sounds good, but it has been known to rust easily.

no rice!

The GReddy Evo exhaust is not ricey(although i am partial). That is the reason I bought the evo exhaust because of its deeper tone and no bees in a can sound. although everone has there opinion $500+ for exhuast better not be considered ricey. great exhaust great power gains i would but it again definitely!

Here's a vid clip of the WS cat back doing a 0-80 run. Anyone have one of the EVO? This is when the clutch was slipping and some wheel hop because of a broken motor mount.

oh it does, but just because everyone and their mom has it doesn't mean its ricey. I love my Apex'i World Sport.

My friend's got one on his teg GS and it's a tad louder than a stock exhaust. I guess they're good for the hp gains and looks only..

Re: is greddy evo ricey?

My friend has one on his WRX, you wouldn't even know he has an exhaust if it didn't have that huge ass tip. It's so quiet, just has a slight rumble to it. Except when he's at WOT it sounds great.
