Are you saying the fan never starts, even when the engine has been running an hour and the radiator is spewing antifreeze and the temperature light is on? Or does it not start when you first start the car? The fan only runs when it is needed, such as when engine temperature gets above 200 degrees or so. In cold weather, it might not come on at all.

Possible causes for the fan not coming on are a) bad fan motor; b) bad fan solenoid; c) bad quad driver module. Are you getting a code and/or Service Engine light?

re:motor fan

In addition, even after theromstat opens, won't kick on till 200 like prev reply said.
These radiators are only 1 core, but have large surface area and are so well designed, they don't overheat.
What a joy instead of my Jeep! LOL

Re: is is junk???

It most likely is the relays that drive the fan. Check those out.
