97 Sable electrical problems

I've got a host of electrical problems with my 97 Sable:
Heater fan doesn't turn off with ignition.
Dome light doesn't turn off when door closes (if I play with the interior light dimmer, it usually solves the problem)
The "up" in my remote mirror control doesn't work for either side mirror.
I can hear the retractable aerial motor running when I shut off the car. It shuts off if I push the on-off volume button on the stereo.

I had heard that these Fords were electrical nightmares, but this is ridiculous. Mostly, I'm concerned about my wife being stranded, because she didn't check everything before she got out of the car.

Anyone got one or any solutions?
