remote starter/headlight fuse problem
i was installing a (design-tech auto command) starter and i mistakenly connected the + headlight wire to the - wire on the cars switch and now the headlights do not work at all. the car is a 2002 honda civic lx.
I checked the headlight fuses and the relay in the engine area fuse box but they are ok, is there another fuse box for the headlights somewhere? or is the autos headlight switch blown .(the running lights still work when i turn them on) thanks for any help |

i think i got the same problem as you. For some reason, everything works beside turning on my headlights. My daylight works but I can't swtich my headlights on. I was wondering if you can tell me what happened to your car? how'd did you fix your problem? if the BCM was blown, how much was it to fix it or can you fix it yourself? also, you said you checked your fuse outside the car? I got a pontiac sunfire 97'...i know there's a fuse in the inside, but not sure where to check on the outside? If you can reply, it would be really greatful! thanks guys!
