240sx

hey i have a question that I hope you could help me with. I have a two 93 240 sx's. one is totaled from the passenger side back and I just wrecked the other one while drifting (hit a curb really hard). any way when I hit the curb it bent everything in the passenger side fender well. now I know I can fix all that but it also tore a hole in the metal where my strut tower bar was warping both sides in this area, where the struts and strut tower bar mount. my question is can i remove these "fender wells" or what ever they are and replace them with the ones off my other car w/ out worrying about and difference in the hanndelling or rigidness of the car and if so how hard is it? thanks for your time
reading my novel and help. my e-mail is [email protected] thanks agian, joe

Ehh, sounds like you are going to have too many body/rigidity issues to deal with. Getting a new car could be cheaper and easier.

But not only that but it sounds to me like you need to learn how to drift better before you wreck ANOTHER car!

Re: 240sx

fliquer is right, my advice is find some ricer to buy to buy your car, dont worry you wont have trouble...many ricers are in need of this car.. just tell'em :

"its perfect for a jdm sr/rb/whatever the fk you wanna say swap"

you might even get more money then you expect

so you think good drifters don't wreck? everyone wrecks, you ever seen the D1 grand prix or any Option videos? you know how many bumpers get ripped off? and they don't even have curbs, just cuz someone wrecks doesn't mean they can't drift, I'm not saying he can cuz I don't know, but I guess your a professional? I mean your avatar is of NOS... how often do you use NOS while your drifting? just an observation...

edit: and by the way, your a newbie, you shouldn't be talking crap on anyone, even if hes a noob too

Re: 240sx

No its not that i dont think that drifters can wreck. he sent me a personal email dogging me and talking s**t so i decided to repost my previous thoughts. I dont claim to be a great drifter... as a matter of fact i never said whether i drift or not. The nos symbolizes my street race connection by the way. And he wrecked two cars... sounds like he needs to practice a little bit before he goes again. And you can STFU 2 cause i dont have anything wit you ACE

Re: 240sx

btw, i'm saying this for the sake of the 240 community. whoever drifts any city/down street is a fuckin ricer. if u support drifting at a nearby curve, i call you mr. honda with rear altezzas. or better yet, you MUST play initial-d for a living cause it's just like real life! don't hurt my feelings, dont hurt the 240 community; hurt yourself.

soyo, don't flatter yourself. try make yourself look good on here (at least).

ace, wtf u doin on a 240 forum with your 91 hatch? go support your forum!! lol
