From 454 to 350

I swapped out my 454 and installed a '96 350. I am reusing my turbo 400
trans and np205 transfer case. The '96 motor came with a 4L60E trans. How do I wire up the new motor and trans combo? I have the new computer and wire harness as well as the old still.
