Lightbulb 4.3L performance parts any!

does anyone have any links or ideas about engine performance parts to start with. start cheap anything will help. I want to make this engine kick it!

We need more information to help you, i.e. year, injection system, etc.

I would start with an intake. About $200, unless you build your own. I built my own for a 1991 4.3L TBI, it's fairly easy and effective.
I can provide more info if your interested.

Try a MSD Ignition upgrade or replace your orignal fan with a electric fan. There's a company called Flex-a-lite that sells electric fan replacements for a 4.3

Flex-a-lite fans are a waste of money if you ask me. If you want cheap, go to your local junkyard and find yourself the 2 speed e-fan off of a 3.8L Ford taurus. This fan moves plenty of air and seems to be reliable. look here for more info:

maf work by myself
throttle body work by myself
and a bunch of little stuff
5 grand in parts for the engine total
and 6 sets of tires in the last 2 years

one word.....camshaft....alot of money, but it's better then any other upgrade you can do...at least with one shot.
