We need more information to help you, i.e. year, injection system, etc.
I would start with an intake. About $200, unless you build your own. I built my own for a 1991 4.3L TBI, it's fairly easy and effective. I can provide more info if your interested.

Flex-a-lite fans are a waste of money if you ask me. If you want cheap, go to your local junkyard and find yourself the 2 speed e-fan off of a 3.8L Ford taurus. This fan moves plenty of air and seems to be reliable. look here for more info:

one word.....camshaft....alot of money, but it's better then any other upgrade you can do...at least with one shot.
