Roasted a Civic

I guess I should start off with what I drive. It's a 90 Talon AWD/Turbo. K&N filter w/ no air can, centerforce dfhd, ngk plugs and wires, 2.5" dp, and staight 3" pipe the rest of the way. Runnin' 12lbs of boost.

Anyway...... I finally got the title for it so it's as street legal as it can be. Me and a friend of mine are cruising down the main drag in the right lane when i hear a buzzing sound. Sure enough, I see a Honda, all pimped out go buzzing by. So I weave thru some traffic till i get up beside of him. Turns out to be an old friend of mine. Black Civic with the same body kit I've seen on a dozen around town, neon glowy lights inside it etc.. Well after insulting his car(trying to get him to race me) I wander on thru traffic. I get to where the road becomes 4 lanes and put my car in 2nd just rolling along at about 30mph waiting. Sure enough here he comes. Pushed in my clutch and tached it at 4500rpms(love AWD). When he gets just a hair in front of me doing about 50 or so I dump the clutch and pull hard. Put about 3 cars on him thru 2nd and another few thru 3rd until I slowed and turned after I hit 90mph(it was a 35 zone). Met up wth him later and he was shocked. He's got I/H/E, strut car etc. etct....... Still couldn't take the awesome power of DSM.

Sounds exactly like my daily driver, except I have managed to get the turbo up to 15 pounds without the chip. Boy I love turbos.

Nope. I always race hapless people on my way home from freinds houses at night, or about any other time for that matter. There isn't much of that scene here in Provo and Orem, I don't go out to SLC much.

Nice run. I love that AWD as well. Its a real advantage on those launches. Dont worry about that Rico loser. Hes pretty much disappeared (and none to soon). Although I own a honda, I am always happy to hear about a pimped out one getting smacked down.

I would just like to say something for those who felt the need to bash my ride. I would like to let you all know how much $$ I have into the car, a meer $3500, that's price plus mods. So no, it may not be the fastest car on earth or the best looking to some, but I'd like to see someone make a honda/acura/ or just about anything else that fast for that money.
