Vtec Head for Ls

Is it worth it spending money on a Vtec head or not??

Nitrous would be cheaper. . Id say you should get about 30-40 hp with a head, but that will set you back over twice as much.

It depends on what you need. Do you have several hundred dollars just laying around? Have you been saving up for it? Do you want your car to be fast and all motor? If it didnt take you too long to save up that money, then go for it.
