need help with a 3sgte swap please!!!!!!!!

hello everyone i just had a jspec 3sgte swaped into my na without going into all the crappy details i was screwed out of a lot of parts i ended up putting the 5sfe tranny on the 3sgte and i had to find a mr2 turbo in a junk yard to get the car wiring harness to connect to the computer i finnaly got the car to turn over but i'm not getting any spark to the sparkplugs in the trunk there are three clips that are not pluged in two of them plug into eachother but are both female clips and the third doesent seem to plug into anything has anyone encountered this problem please help.

I believe the plug that you are talking about is the intercooler computer or relay.

I belive that is not ur spark plug that it not working, I did the same setup on my MR2 as well what i come arcoss was that it was the fuel pump relay. have u try to star ur engian and dose it work for 5 to 10 sec. and if it dose work for that amout of time leght, also try to ask someone to step on the gas when the engian is runing and dose ur engina die out, if that the case then it ur fuel pump relay for sure. And u shold not use your old 5SFE tranny onto ur 3SGTE. well i have fixed the no spark problem it was the jdm wire harness now i cant get my injectors to fire up, also i have the 3sgte tranny but i dont have the axles or spindles to put on the car which is why i put the old tranny back on is it that bad to have the 5sfe tranny on?????????

Yes, the axles is hard to find. What i did was check my loacal junk yard and hope to find one. If you have not call of check out the web page www.neishlinmotors.com , you should do that, and if you did ask for both the axles too. and if i come across some i let you know. or just email what every at [email protected], i check my email everyday.

i have a 93 5sfe mr2 and i can not get it to start at all. I have changed the plugs, wires, distributor cap and bottom and still i am getting no spark.

So what is required for the swap? I have a gen 3 engine with tranny ecu turbo and intercooler do I have to have the axles for the swap? and how hard is it to swap into a MR2 91 NA

aRok, you will need the 3SGTE axles.
How hard is the swap? ... depends on your skill level and expereince I would say.

How did you connect the 2 female plugs together i am having the same problem Much thanks
