How to replace fuel filter?

How do I (any special tips) & where is it?

On many of the fuel injected models it is on the inside frame rail about where the drivers door is. Be careful and try to relieve pressure. System is pressurized to 60+ PSI. Just do it outside and be careful. Not much to it.

Ok so how do I remove the fuel filter releasing the pressure carefully?

You could let the truck sit for a while and the fuel pressure will bleed off or there is a port with a schrader valve in it thats used to check the fuel pressure mounted on the fuel rails. CAREFULLY with a rag wrapped around it push in the pin on the schrader valve the same way you would let air out of a tire. But remember there will be fuel coming out of it under high pressure so I don't recommend it unless you are comfortable doing this. Good Luck.
