New Accent
I just got my 2001 Hyundai Accent day before yesterday. Silver, 30 thousand miles, factory warranty, $6000. Well, it has these purple lights on the hood by the windshield wipers. I have spoke with several people and each has given me a different answer. Are they illegal? they are pretty purple, dont really look anything like blue, and plus, I really dont know how to take them off. What can I do?

too bad you did not ask the seller to take them off before you agreed to buy it. If it were me, i'd just cut the wire too it, electrical tape the wire end so it doesn't short. And then take the lights off the wipers. That is the half assed way.
