Selling b16a2

Whats up...Next year im going to go and study university in the US or Canada...Maybe ill sell my car and buy something there but I am also thinking of selling my engine and swaping a b18c5 ITR engine. My b16a2 is in really good condition it has 35,000 miles and ive changed the oil frequentrly, how much do you think I can sell it for, including everything such as the ecu mounts and all that stuff....?

I was just going to get one from a guy like 15 miles from me and we were going to do the installation in his driveway. He's going overseas now so i'm outta luck. The price was going to be 2200 w/o a clutch + 300 for installation. So i'd guess you could get somewhere between 2200 and 2400. PM me if you're gonna do it soon. :grinno:

Yeah but im in Mexico man!!...I plan to do that around next september october, gotta start thinking of future plans, if I sell mine in 2500 since its in mint condition ill be looking at a 1500 dollar difference for an ITR engine. Costing me 4000 dollars. Or I can turbo my b16a2 for 3500-4000 dollars. which is double of what i can spend on an engine exchange.
The 1.8 195 hp or 210 hp JDM high revving beast is awesome!

Swapping a dohc/vtec for a dohc/vtec never sat right with me. You'd only gain about 35-40hp for a TON of money, the same amount of money could boost your 1.6 to 350hp...
