Unhappy 93 explorer starting

I have a 93 Explorer and it won't start. The battery reads 12 volts when cold, and 14 to 15 when jumped and running on its own. After turning it off and trying to start it again, there is very little in the way of ignition lights or other lights on the dash, and there is no power to the clock or stereo, and the wipers won't operate either or the power locks. The battery was load tested supposedly and checks out fine. I have replaced the starter relay just recently and the battery is only 2yrs old. Does anyone have any thoughts. Thanks

Re: 93 explorer starting

Check for loose battery terminals if there tight and clean sounds like your battery is shot.
