Hi. I'm not feeling wordy tonight, so here are the basics. We have a 2003 Vue V6 on which my wife is putting 200 miles per week, and a blue 1993 SW2 which my daughter drives. The SW2 has 40,000 miles on it. The Vue replaces our first Saturn, which was a white 1993 SW2 5 speed. My wife sold it for the Vue at 89K, before it was half worn out. The white SW2 used oil, but the blue one doesn't.
