Newbie and need help on a S13.5

Hey im a newbie, been tryin to read all your posts for the last 5 days. I am looking at a 240sx but cant quite find one cheap unless i buy the old 1989-1994 240sx fastback. So if i bought the older ones i would buy a S15 front clip. I want to convert the headlights and swap the motor. I heard the motor is basically a direct swap. But i need to know for sure. Do i need new ecu, wiring harness, engine mounts etc? Also if i buy the conversion fenders how would i swap the flipup headlights to a S15. The guy im talkin to to do it is not a body guy, he could do the 1995-98 to S15 but hes not sure bout the flipups... any advice in this attempt to be a highschooler with a Silvia S13.5?

how come you can only afford a clunky s13, but you can come up with enough money for an s15 conversion?

the fenders wont fit the pop-ups., you need the headlights. and your "guy" can do it for the 95+ and not the s13s, then hes dense.

save your money man, buy a quicker honda, or if you really have your heart set on a 240, buy an s14.

chances are you wont swap your engine anyways, i dont care what you say.

you won't be able to afford a S13 with a s15 front clip if you can't afford a plane S14.

Also you make no sense about the Silvia conversion lol

The car consists of one type of headlights, a hood, a pair of fenders, and a bumper basically. if you put on the silvia headlights the pop up's won't be something to contend with...... I can't tell if u talkign about just fenders keepins s14 lights on a s15 end wtf your body dude smoken

I thought you guys knew lots about 240s??? Seems to me you guys arent catching on to what i plan on doing. I plan on doing just like Drifter X and Drifter XL did... They have the older body styles of 180s... which in america they call "240s". They have flip up headlights here... and i want S15 headlights. But to have the headlights you must buy the conversion fenders. Now the 95-98 have horizontal lights so it would be easy to do the conversion. But flip-ups is a lil harder and he said he probably couldnt do it ( he as in the person doing the motor swap ). So all i was asking is if anyone knows how to change flip-up headlights to S15... i dont understand why you guys make it harder then it is and what is so hard to understand.

here moron... S15 Conversion That is a wesite that sells a S15 conversion for a 89-94 240sx. It includes the Front Bumper, S15 OEM Style Carbon Fiber Hood, S15 Fenders, and Genuine OEM Nissan S15 Headlights. Happy?!?! now buy ur kit and drop it!

kid - you asked for help. we tried to give it to you. you tried to teach us about 240's when we hang around here all the time. you said we don't know shit. don't expect anymore help.

YOU obviousley know nothing because if you did, you would know that S15 front ends don't add 50hp like all your friends have been telling you, and they WON'T make you Drifter X Jr. go ahead. do your headlight conversion. but if you expect to be any better of a driver or expect your car to be any faster because of it, i will personally laugh my ass off when i see your car wrapped around a telephone pole and you in the back of a cruiser.
