Front and Rear Sway Bars

Recently had a 92 VR4 inspected by the dealer and he indicated that both front sway bar links, the front sway bar bushings, and the rear sway bar bushings needed to be replaced.

The labor extemate for the entire job was 4 hours, which seemed a little excessive.

Can this be performed in a home garage with Jack Stands with moderate mechanical labor?

And, does someone have a procedure to do this?

Thanks for the link. Hopefully, I can replace the bushings without taking everything out. But, as you know, sometimes getting to the part is all the fun!!!!
