Flocking??

what exactly is flocking considered... i know what is is and i use it but i wanna go to the craft store and buy some and when they tell me they dont know what that is i wanna know what to tell them...ill stopty[pping now

There is a pretty easy way to simulate flocking w/o the flocking material. All you need to do is use baking soda. CHeck out my Skyline's trunkbed to see how it looks. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...+style+skyline

If you are going to a craft store to buy flocking, ask for Soft Flock. It's a flocking fiber material.

Colpar Hobbies carries it in different colors, you should check out the local hobby shops around the Denver area. By craft store i assume you mean mIcahels or Hobby Lobby, they both have limited model stuff. I have seen flocking at Hobby Lobby though.

too bad i live in NY lol.... nah man its kool i ususally get my stuff at michaels and we did have a model shop but then i got shut down...

Yeah sometimes I am adumb ass, it occured to me at about 6am this morning that I had you and a guy here in Colorado mixed up. I have that Saleen body with me and will get it out before the holiday.

Try going online for the flocking, I have used Kens Fuzzy Fur with good results
