95 blazer cruise control

im not sure what the deal is, and maybe this is a common thing, but my cruise control works sometimes and doesnt work sometimes. its getting worse and only works about 10% of the time. if anybody has any clue what the problem might be or the way to fix it i would greatly appreciate it. thanks abunch.

1993 4.3 Wseries...cruise stopped working and I cannot find the fuses that are to be near steering column? Could it be a fuse?
