Tsunami is a well-known, reliable body kit company. When referring to getting it painted - are you talking about getting the urethane primed or having them actually paint your exterior color - which can be very dangerous, the slighted tint/hue off is easily spotted. So I recommend just getting it shipped to you, put on the kit, and get the whole thing painted at once.

Tsunami is seems to be a pretty company.
Urethane body panels are difficult to paint if not properly primed.
Imho, here's what you should do...
1) Fit the kit onto your car and mount it where you (and a helpful friend ) feel it should fit. This is also a great way find any imperfections if any is present. Take it off.
2) When done send it to a good place to get it painted. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR COLOR CODE OFF THE DRIVER'S SIDE DOOR JAMB!! Supply the shop with this info and let them go to work.
3) When they are done, pick them up. At home, put it on & enjoy!
This way, you might be able to save some $$$ on the fitting + installment of the kit and be able to drive your car to get around town while you wait. Of course, you should find out if there is any extra time/$$$ for fitting/installment of your kit just in case.
Consequently, if you plan on molding* the kit with the rest of the body panels you will have to forfeit your car to them to get the job done.

*molding: This is the process where one would use a putty-like substance (like Bondo) to make a body kit seamless and flowing with a body panel.

tsunami is pretty well known. I heard urethane is really hard to paint, so is that your problem?
