New Job!
As some of you may remember from a week or two ago, I was recently asked to leave by my previous employment because I was costing them too much money.

Today I got a new job by enquiring at a store with a help wanted sign and doing an impromptu interview. Emailed the guy my CV when I got home and he said 'You start next Thursday' and sent me a roster!

It is selling outdoor technical/adventure clothing for a company called Mountain Designs (www.mountaindesigns.com) which is frigging AWESOME because they sell all goretex stuff, beanies, gloves etc for skiing. And anyone who knows me knows that I couldn't have asked for a better new job.

The downside is I don't have my own car yet (a month or two away) and can't drive the oldies because it'll be at work. The public transport commute will be hell at 1-1.5 hours and 2 buses but I'm still stoked!!

Gonna go celebrate Aussie style. Beer here I come...
