rip 400 small block

400 small block i built with my old man...well we finished it aout 2 years ago. jstu bought the striped block{short block} and we have her in an inala but never found the rigth trany. we took the tarp off a few weeks ago to find a trany and make sure she works. the first time i would ahve ever herd the engine due to me geting sick when we finished it and then it was winter and my dads storage area at his shop was blocking the car. well any ways a rat crowled up the pipes and died in the headers and a bird build a nest in the bitch and everything. we started it up and i sounded like an old dude took to much meta-musel. we pulled it out and not only that but the block is cracked...i get my liscens next month dec.}} we wanted it done so we could dirve her together...i havent even herd it start that is so devistating lol im only 15 but i love cars more than any thing...well jsut out of curiosty what big blocks does chevy make... let me rephrase that"big" blocks...i no they had a 454 and all that but i man do they have a hig 5 or 600 ci engine?

The 502 was the biggest engine chevy ever put into a production vehicle however chevy just came out with a 572 crate engine that has either 620 hp or 720 hp. It is a bit costly though. About $12,000 for the 720 horse version, Yikes!
