Lightbulb various kills

ok i haven't posted in this section in quite awhile, so i got a few kills under my belt to vent. About a 3 weeks ago i am going down the interstate. This guy in a green 88-91 style stock accord comes riding on my ass. He's got the business suit on ond everything, clearly not a racer. So when he gets the open right lane, he pulls over and floors it. I see him coming up on my door, so i drop it to fourth. My engine immediatly gets into VTEC and he looks over at me cuz of the awesome sound it makes. I blow ahead and do about 120 to make sure he don't try it again. This week, a guy with a 90' stlye pontiac fiero GT is riding close to me on the interstate. We go to school together, so he knows the deal. He tries to get a head start by fly by me and making me drop to fourth. He got about a half a car length ahead before i started pulling on him. Finally got about a car length ahead and won it. We gave our salutes and went our ways. And finally, today a 95' prelude VTEC model gets behind me on the interstate (i got to travel it everyday for school) and pulls off the exit with me. He pulls in front of me when i realize that the car seemed poorly put together. Camber was way off due to a spring cut (you could tell by the bounce), it had some decent rims, and a rice sounding muffler. In all it didn't look that bad to the eye, but performance i thought could have been looked into more. Anyhow, we get side by side rolling about 25MPH. We roll down windows and he ask if i have ever ran my car at the track, i told him yeah and that i ran a 10.1 on the eigth. (bad tires and i havent got my launch down yet). He says proudly that he runs low 9's. So i say lets go and we both hit it. I pulled on him so bad it wasn't even funny. We only got to like 60 b/f we both had to slam on brakes due to traffic. low 9's....i doubt it.

Re: various kills

Sounds nice. My roomate has a 95 del sol Vtec also. Funny thing is we got it in SC too I think or it might have been NC but either way sounds like a nice car.

Thanks. I bought the car in SC, but it was originally purchased in NC. My ultimate dream is to one day put the motor in a 91 CRX Si......i used to own a 91 DX model and loved it. (damn wreck) It could outhandle the sol anyday. BTW, where are you from?
