putty prob

okay, i hate to sound like i newb, but here goes:
I bought some Testors contour putty today to patch holes where a wing used to be on my eclipse model. But theres one problem, i cant get the putty to come out of the tube. the tube is squishy so i dont think it has hardened or anything like that. there was some clear liquid that looked and smelled like glue that came out when i first opened it but only a few little drops, i tried holding the tube under warm water to heat it up and it still wont budge, im affraid to really squeeze hard because i dont want the tube to bust. Anyone got any ideas?

Squeeze the tube

Seriously, you may need to squeeze the tube.
On the other hand, you would have been better off getting Squadron green putty, it's a much finer putty and sands better.

BTW, which PSU campus you at?
